Blueprint Packages - *Order a reproducible set if you need to make changes to the plans. Reproducible sets are drawn on a transparent paper that can be reproduced, then printed on blueprint paper.

No. of Extra Blueprints - How many sets do you need? Minimum is typically:
2 Sets: Owner
1 Set: Lending Co. for Conventional loans
3 Sets: Lending Co. for FA or FHA loans
5 Sets: Builder
1 Set: City Building Dept. (for permits)

Foundation Option - For this plan, the slab on grade comes with the standard home plan.


Plan Orientation - Order your plans mirror-reversed if you need all of the rooms to be backwards from those shown on the standard floor plan. Example:


Color Renderings - 8 1/2" x 11" color renderings of your home plan (a glossy print suitable for framing). Includes your name or selected text on the title.
$45 for the first copy, $15 for each additional copy.
Please note: If you order the color renderings, there is a field in the order form where you enter your credit card info where you can enter this info.
