Our architecturally designed home plans are intended for those who want a creatively designed, custom homeplan that reflects their own unique personality.

All of our homeplans are designed by internationally recognized architect Tim R. Bjella. Mr. Bjella's houses have been published in highly regarded publications such as Architectural Digest, Trends Magazine, and Better Homes and Gardens.

Our house designs are based on a classical framework of balance, scale and proportion. Home plans with thoughtful spaces enriched with natural light are our trademark. What's more, we design our home plans in 3D, not simply in plan.

Our home plans are designed for the way people live today. We strive for a timelessness and integrity in home plan design.

Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) ensures our homeplans ( blueprints ) are drawn with the greatest accuracy. Each of our sets of home plans are comprised of 15 to 25 pages of blueprints, as compared with many other home plan companies that provide only 4 to 8 pages. Our architects' attention to house design and technical home plan construction detail in each homeplan sets us apart.
