• Alternate foundation type - Most of our plans come standard with a concrete slab on grade foundation (this type of foundation is primarily used in southern climates or in areas with a high water table, such as near a lake). However, some of our plans are designed with a basement foundation (primarily used in northern climates). To change from the foundation that is standard for the desired plan, to either a crawlspace, basement, or concrete slab on grade - add $165.00

• Mirror-reversed plans - one-time $75.00 charge.
  Order your plans mirror-reversed if you need all of the rooms to be backwards from those shown on the standard floor plan (text on plans will read correctly, not backwards). Example:

• Additional sets of blueprints - $50.00 each
  How many sets do you need? Minimum is typically:
  2 Sets - Owner
  1 Set - Lending Company for conventional loan
  3 Sets - Lending Company for VA or FHA loans
  5 Sets - Builder
  1 Set - Building Department (for permits)

• 8 1/2" x 11" color rendering(s) of front elevation (glossy print suitable for framing. Includes your name on title) - $45.00 for first rendering, $15 for each additional copy

• Customize plans to your specifications - hourly charge
